½ cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Rice Flour
½ cup Chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 375℉
1. Beat butter and sugar together until creamy.
2. Add the egg, then the flour, then add the nuts.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 12 minutes.
5. Remove immediately from pan onto cooling rack.
